13 august per Juw mai yum e azadi per jasn ka ehtimaam kiya gaya, is taqreeb ka agaaz subha 11 bajay k qareeb hua tha, is taqreeb mai national songs ka competition bhi hua, jis mai 1st, 2nd and 3rd anay wali talibaat ko inaam diye gaye, usky baad national anthem parha gaya, jis waqt qomi tarana perha ja raha tha, mujh sameet poray hall mai aik khas seher ki si kaifiyat tari thi, sab k dil watan ki mohabbat say sarshaar thy, us k baad cake kata gaya aur tamaam talibaat mili nagmay gati rahi, pori university ko jhandiyon aur jhando say sajaya gaya tha, tamaam talibaat nay mil ker ehad kiya k woh mulk ki taraqi mai apna kirdaar ada kerengi, akhir mai audience nai bhi saath mil ker nagmhay gaye aur is tarhan taqreeb ka ikhteetaam khusgawar mahool mai hua.

12, October, Monday 2009 say juw mai students week ka agaz kafi ahistgi say hua...first day kiyon k ghazal aur debate competition tha, is liye students ki strenght khasi kam thi, because now a days students are not much interested in ghazals and debate.
dosray din students k kafi tadaad nazar arahi thi kiyon k 13, October,Tuesday ko Drama competition ka ehtemaam kiya gaya tha, there was number of dramas present by juw students but they are not directed very well, some students perform nicely but some looks very dull.
14th, October, Wednesday ko cultural show paesh kiya gaya, is mai bhi students nay bohat mehnat ki hazreen ko tafreeh faraham ki, is mai fashion show jo k Mass Communication department aur Drama Anarkali, jo k Political Science department ki taraf say peash kiya gay qabil e zikar rahay.
15, October, Thursday ko Mela ka program shandaar raha, is mai tamaam teachers aur student nay shirkat ki, har saal ki tarhan is baar mela mai woh rang o ronaq nahi thi, lekin phir bhi tamaam logon nay kafi enjoy kiya!
cooking, handicraft aur naat ka competition 16th, October, Friday ko hua jis mai bohat kam students nay shirkat ki, sirf wohi loog aye jinho nay competition mai part liya tha.
17th, October, Saturday ko result ki announcement hui aur is tarhan studentd week ka aktitaam hua.

"Barish Allah ki rehmat, ya sheriyon k liye zehmat"
lafz barish k zehan mai atay hi tazgi ka ehsaas hota hai, barish buzurgon, bachon aur nojawano ko yaksaan toor per pasand hoti hai, koi shaks bhi asa nahi hoga jisay barish pasand na ho, chahay barish bohat ziyada barsay ya bohat kam, logon ki nazar main barish ki pasand ka graf hamesha aik sa hi rehta hai.
Ager hum apny shehr karachi ki baat kerain tou barish k kuch manfi asraat bhi nazar atay hai, lekin is mai barish ka koi amal dakhl nahi, yeh tu hamari intizamiya ka kasoor hai k Alla hukaam nay kabhi bhi barish k drainage system per koi khasosi tawaja nahi di, aur karachi k sheriyon k liye barish rehmat k saath saath akser zehmat bhi ban jati hai.
Karachi shehr ki ziyada tar tameraat baghair kisi planning k hui hai, jin mai drainage system ka bhi koi intizaam nahi rakha gaya, is liye jab kabhi mamool say ziyada barish hojati hai tou pani gharoon aur kabhi kabhi flats tak bhi pohanch jata hai, siwaye kuch areas k ziyada tar areas ka yahi haal hai.
Shehri barish ko enjoy kerny k bajaye apny gheron mai say pani nikalty nazar ata hain, hamaray sheher ka sewerage system bhi koi qabil-e-zikar nahi hai, chand aik hi areas hain jahan sewerage ka nizaam phir bhi behter hai warna jis tarhan yeh nizaam chal raha hai is ka Allah hi malik hai, is liye jab bhi barish mamool say ziyada hoti hai tou yeh bilkul hi talpat hojata hai, water and sewerage lines block hojati hain, yahan tak jab bhi barish k asaar nazar atay hain tou city mai emergency nafiz hojati hai, jaisay khuda na khasta koi bohat buri aftaad per gai ho, traffic jam hojata hai, aur loogon k liye apny gheron ko pohnchan mushkil hojata hai, is liye amoman yahi kaha jata hai Karachi sheher k liye barish rehmat kam aur zehmat ziyada banti hai.
Jahan per Karachi mai barish honay say tabahi ajati hai wahan per is kuch musbit pehlo bhi samny atay hain jaisay fiza saaf suthri hojati hai, aur dams bher jatay hain jis ki waja say pani ki qilaat door hoti hai, phool podon mai nai jaan ajati hai aur mahol khushgawaar hojata hai.
Tou baat yeh samny ai k barish hona tou rehmat hi hai lekin humari apni hi kotahiyon ki waja say barish hamaray liye zehmat bati ja rahi hai, hamary government ko chahiye k is taraf bhi dheyan dy aur agli barish honay say pehly in khamiyon ko door kiya jaye.

THE PLACE OF WOMEN IN OUR SOCIETY:
Women play a very vital role in human progress and have significant place in the society. They are not at all inferior to men. They are capable of sharing all the responsibilities of life. Men and women have been rightly compared to the wheels of the same carriage. Islam realized the importance of women and granted them a very dignified position equal to men. As mother her position is unique. She brings up the kids with extreme care. The first school of a child is the lap of the mother. It is quite true that great men have great mothers. Napoleon said: " Give me good mothers and I will give you a good nation".
Women should be given proper education and training. They should know what life is and how it should be lived. Educated women can contribute a lot in reforming the society. In modern age, women are doing very well in different professions. They are showing their talents in the best way. They are serving as teachers, doctors, engineers, administrators and even head of the state.
The literacy rate among women in Pakistan is very low.There is a need to increase the facilities of education for women. More education among women means more progress of the society.

Why i choose Mass Communication.

Changing times have revolutionized prospects in almost every career field one can find today. So many new and exciting career options are lined ahead that it is difficult to choose one. Mass Communication is one such field which is attracting youth these days. It is also offering interesting career options in the fields, like various kinds of media, newspapers, magazines, radio, television, advertisements, public relations etc.
The main purpose of choosing Mass.Communication is that i like to read articles and i m very much interested in article writing.
Moreover, I choose Mass Communication to improve and expose my skills in article writing.

is naye door mai jab duniya chand per pohanch chuki hai, kiniya ki aurat k pehny k liye dhang k kapray bhi nahi hai, in k chehro ko dekh keer aik tasur yeh ata hai k in ko hamesha isi baat ki fiker rehti hogi k aglay waqt kiya khayengy?
sokhay huye sehra jaisay in k sokhay jismoon ko kiya kabhi achay kapray aur achi khoraak bhi mayesar hogi?

Eid Eid Eid !!! what is this Eid?

Eid Fitr is one of the two great Islamic festivals, the other being Eid-ul-Azha. Its importance can be judged from the fact that Almighty Allah Himself ordered the believers to celebrate it.
Eid kiya hai? hum Eid kiyon manatay hain? yeh tou sub hi ko achi tarhan maloom hai....zarorat is baat ki hai k yeh dekha jaye k ajj kul k zamanay mai bhi hum wohi eid manatay hain jis ka hukam humy allah pak nay diya hai ya nahi....
ager ham apny ird gird society mai per aik halki si nazar bhi dalain tou humay is baat ka achi tarhan andaza hoaeyga k loog Eid k asal maqsad ko bhool chukay hai....
Eid ka matlab yeh nahi hai k app apny oper hazaroon kharach ker dalain....Eid ka matlab kapron ki tayari mai hazaroon rupay urana nahi, Eidi jama kerna nahi, mazay mazay k khanay khana nahi, bulky apny saath un logon ko bhi shamal kerna hai jo Eid per naya jora bhi silwanay k ehal nahi hotay....magar afsoos sad afsoos ajj hamaray haan is baray mai koi nahi sochta....baatain kerni humy bohat ati hain lekin jab amal ka waqt ata hai tou sab haath band ker peechy haray hotay hain....
yeh tou baat hogai un loogon ki jo kowat e khareed na honay k sabab naye kapray tak nahi bana patay....is k elawa aur bhi bohat si baatain hain jinhay loog apni khusiyaan manatay huye nazar andaaz ker dyty hain....bohat say looog tou asay bhi hain jo ramzaan k rozay tak nahi rakhty,tou namaaz perhna tou door ki baat hai....lekin unki Eid k tayariyaan dekhny wali hoti hain....kiya wo loog behiss hain, ya phir in mai sochnay samjhny ki salahiyat mojood nahi,ya phir inhy hamesha hi is duniya mai rehna hai.
jab k Allah talla farmata hai k "Ramzaan k rozay rakho...yeh tumharay jism ki Zakaat hain".
lekin loogon ko bas Eid ki tayari i fiker ti hai....k kiss colour k kapray banao? phir matching ki choriyaan, matching jewelry, matching shoes bla bla bla....theek hai yeh sab bhi acha lagta hai.....leikn is sab k peechay kiya apko yeh nahi lagta k hum Ramzaan aur Eid ka asal maqsad bhool chukay hain aur sirf dekhaway mai pery rehty hain.
hamay chahiye k hum any appko balance rakhain aur anay wali nasloon ko bhi yehi baatain sekhaiye....

First Jumma Of Ramzan-ul-mubarak
Khass tor per jummy k rozay ki bohat fazilat hai,kiyon k jumma ka din Allah kay nazdeek baqi dino k muqablay mai Afzal hai.
Ajj k din humsy jitna ho sakay Prophet (P.B.U.H) per Durood bhejain.

Fasting Health Benefits: Health Guidelines for Ramadan Fasting.
AVOID:
Fried and fatty foods.
Foods containing too much sugar.
Over-eating especially at sehri.
Too much tea at sehri: Tea makes you pass more urine taking with it valuable mineral salts that your body would need during the day. Smoking cigarettes: If you cannot give up smoking, cut down gradually starting a few weeks before Ramadan. Smoking is unhealthy and one should stop completely.
EAT:
Complex carbohydrates at sehri so that the food lasts longer making you less hungry. Haleem is an excellent source of sugar, fiber, carbohydrates, potassium and magnesium. Almonds are rich in protein and fiber with less fat. Bananas are a good source of potassium, magnesium and carbohydrates.
DRINK:
As much water or fruit juices as possible between iftar and bedtime so that your body may adjust fluid levels in time.
CONSTIPATION:
Constipation can cause piles (hemorrhoids), fissures (painful cracks in anal canal) and indigestion with a bloated feeling.
Causes: Too much refined foods, too little water and not enough fiber in the diet.
Remedy: Avoid excessive refined foods, increase water intake, and use bran in baking, brown flour when making roti.
INDIGESTION AND WIND:
Causes: Over-eating. Too much fried and fatty foods, spicy foods, and foods that produce wind e.g. eggs, cabbage, lentils, carbonated drinks like Cola also produce gas.
Remedy: Do not over-eat, drink fruit juices or better still drink water. Avoid fried foods, add ajmor to wind-producing foods.
LETHARGY (low blood pressure)
Excessive sweating, weakness, tiredness, lack of energy, dizziness, especially on getting up from sitting position, pale appearance and feeling faint are symptoms associated with "low blood pressure". This tends to occur towards the afternoon.
Causes: Too little fluid intake decreased salt intake.
Remedy: Keep cool, increase fluid and salt intake.
Caution: Low blood pressure should be confirmed by taking a blood pressure reading when symptoms are present. People with high blood pressure may need their medication adjusted during Ramadan. They should consult their doctor.
HEADACHE:
Causes: Caffeine and tobacco-withdrawal, doing too much in one day, lack of sleep, hunger usually occurs as the day goes by and worsens at the end of the day. When associated with "low blood pressure", the headache can be quite severe and can also cause nausea before Iftar.
Remedy: Cut down caffeine and tobacco slowly starting a week or two before Ramadan. Herbal and caffeine-free teas may be substituted. Reorganize your schedule during the Ramadan so as to have adequate sleep.
LOW BLOOD SUGAR:
Weakness, dizziness, tiredness, poor concentration, perspiring easily, feeling shaky (tremor), unable to perform physical activities, headache, palpitations are symptoms of low blood sugar.
Causes in non-diabetics: Having too much sugar i.e., refined carbohydrates especially at suhur (sehri). The body produces too much insulin causing the blood glucose to drop.
Remedy: Eat something at sehri and limit sugar-contaning foods or drinks.
Caution: Diabetics may need to adjust their medication in Ramadan, consult your doctor.
MUSCLE CRAMPS:
Causes: Inadequate intake of calcium, magnesium and potassium foods.
Remedy: Eat foods rich in the above minerals e.g. vegetables, fruits, dairy products, meat and dates.
Caution: Those on high blood pressure medication and with kidney stone problems should consult their doctor.
PEPTIC ULCERS, HEART BURN, GASTRITIS AND HIATUS HERNIAB:
Increase acid levels in the empty stomach in Ramadan aggravate the above conditions. It presents as a burning feeling in the stomach area under the ribs and can extend up to the throat. Spicy foods, coffee, and Cola drinks worsen these conditions.
Medications are available to control acid levels in the stomach. People with proven peptic ulcers and hiatus hernia should consult their doctor well before Ramadan.
KIDNEY STONES:
Kidney stones may occur in people who have less liquid to drink. There fore, it is essential to drink extra liquids so as to prevent stone formation.
JOINT PAINS:
Causes: during Ramadan, when extra salah are performed the pressure on the knee joints increases. In the elderly and those with arthritis this may result in pain, stiffness, swelling and discomfort.
Remedy: Lose weight so that the knees do not have to carry any extra load. Exercise the lower limbs before Ramadan so that they can be prepared for the additional strain. Before physically fit allows greater fulfillment, thus enabling one to be able to perform salah with ease.
